Lotus Acupuncture Brandy Valentine’s Insights

ActionCOACH Eric Knam: Tell us a little about Lotus Acupuncture.

Brandy: We provide Chinese medicine and acupuncture to help people get control of their lives. We help regulate the body and keep it functioning to the best of its ability. Common things that we can help treat are things like headaches, migraines, and stress.

Eric: How long have you been in business?

Brandy: 16 years!

Eric: What differentiates you from other companies out there?

Brandy:  Education, safety, and efficiency. As well as the number of years I’ve been in the field.

Eric: It’s been said that smart people learn from their mistakes and wise people learn from the mistakes of others. What mistakes have you made along the way and how can other entrepreneurs learn from your experience?

Brandy: In the past, I tried to be super creative and change things up a lot and move around. But I have learned that you have to put procedures in place and stick to those- this is what makes you and your business reliable.
