Gina Klaver’s Insights

Expressly Gifts specializes in custom gourmet gift baskets, especially with “made in Oklahoma” products. Their goodies cover sweet and savory with cheese, crackers, chocolate, and salsas. The majority of their products are food, but they also provide t-shirts, magnets, Oklahoma postcards, and mugs as well. They’ve been in business for 22 years. Gina’s run the business for the past four years now.

Action COACH Eric Knam: What makes your business special?

Gina: My ability to customize. Many companies have made comments about switching things around in baskets because it’s got to be the way the picture shows. My ability to customize allows me to give the customer what they want.

Eric: Who’s your target market?

Gina: We deal with anyone who needs a gift for any occasion, whether corporate or personal!

Eric: It’s been said that smart people learn from their mistakes, and wise people learn from others. What mistakes have you made along the way, and how can other entrepreneurs learn from your experience?

Gina: The advice I would give is to focus on where you want to be in five or so years. Don’t just focus on your immediate needs. Set goals and work towards those goals. When you need to change those goals, whether it be something like COVID or whatever, have an alternative plan while focusing on your main goal.

Eric: What’s the best way for people to get in touch with you?

Gina: Customers can visit our website:, call our phone number: (918) 664-3320, or visit our Facebook page!

Eric: Are there any special deals or offers that you’re offering right now?

Gina: If you mention Action COACH, you can get $5 OFF of $50 or more!
